WELCOME SESSION

with Fred Jacoby

Welcome to Day 1 of the Grace for the Broken: Preventing Ministry Burnout Virtual Summit! It is an absolutely pleasure to come alongside you as you learn how to prevent and work through ministry burnout.

This year has brought with it many challenges in addition to the pre-existing challenges of ministry. Though many of us are lonely, we know that we can not do this alone. This is why we created this summit! The speakers of this summit include pastors, counselors, and authors who have either experienced burn out themselves or have walked alongside individuals through burn out. We will be looking at the causes of burn out, the heart of burn out, the destructive ways we can choose to cope with burn out as well as learn Biblical and healthy ways of walking through it.

We truly believe this summit and its speakers will be a blessing to you. So let's get started!

This summit is brought to you, in part, by Total Ministry Health, an organization that provides burn out assessments and resources. Be sure to visit their website!
