I'm so excited you’re joining me for the Grace For The Broken Virtual Summit!
I've included important details about the summit below. Then as you scroll down, you'll find information on how you can send me information about you and your business, your topic you'd like interwoven into your interview, and the links to upload your photos and supporting resources. We want this to be very simple for you to use and reference back to.
KEY DATES:
The summit will go live from March 11-12, 2021. So that I'm able to prepare the registration page, promo images, and summit area in time adhere to the following:
- Please submit your information form no later than February 3rd.
- Promotion for the summit will run February 15 - March 11 (Let's spread the word!)
- Please book your interview by: February 15th.
WHO THE SUMMIT IS FOR:
The primary audience will be Pastors and Ministry Leaders. Our goal through this summit is to come alongside pastors & ministry leaders to prevent burnout, stress, and overwhelm through grace
INTERVIEWS:
The interviews will be pre-recorded (between 20-30 minutes). After the topic is chosen, please be sure to submit some questions for us to go over. The interview is intended to feel like a conversation and relational to our audience. Please be well lit and in a quiet environment!

RECORDINGS
If you are recording a session for the Summit, please get that to us by February 19th. You can email it to us, upload it to a Dropbox and send us a link to download, or upload it PRIVATELY to a YouTube or Vimeo Page. We ask that this link is not made public until some time after the Summit. Then, send us the link! Please make sure recorded sessions are not longer than 30 minutes.
PROMOTION OF THE SUMMIT:
I'll be providing graphics, sample social media posts, and pre-written copy for emails to make promoting the summit as easy as possible. I would love for you to promote the summit to your audience a MINIMUM of 2 times - once sharing about the overall summit and your participation and once sharing about your interview to get your audience interested. Please share wherever you feel comfortable and wherever you normally connect with your audience. This could be a combination of email or social media posts, whatever works best for you and those you serve.
CONTINUED EXPOSURE:
Any and all purchases within 30 days of creating your affiliate link are connected to you and your commission rate! Our affiliate link tool is only able to track the clicks on the device they used. That means if someone opens an email from you and clicks your link, but then opens their phone and types in the URL (for whatever reason) the link isn't tracking across other devices. Please know and understand that we want you to receive credit where credit is due but there is a small window of user actions that make that difficult.
We will have an early bird price, a summit price, and full price for lifetime access to the All-Access Pass. We do not want to come across as pushy, or sales-y, but hopeful and available. What’s also great about people purchasing the All-Access Pass is they can watch the sessions over and over again, they can do it on their own time, and the additional resources speakers (as well as me, your host) provide will be included!

CHECKLIST FOR THINGS YOU'LL NEED BEFORE COMPLETING THE FORM:
- Your headshot image + bio
- Social media links (Facebook page, Instagram, Etc)
- Your website link
- Topic options or questions you'd like to include
- Have all of your links ready, books for sale, or lead magnets.
