  • We do not accept Insurance; only out-of-pocket pay (check, CC)
  • Reduced rates are possible through your church or Foundations scholarship program, The Karen Hoffner Memorial Fund
  • Prior approval is necessary for these programs for a reduction in rates (links to both forms are below)
  • Presently, we use TheraNest for our platform. TheraNest is a secular-built program that may ask a demoqraphic question or two that does not necessarily reflect our values. We're working on that.
