Foundations' Founder and Director is leading a 5-Week marriage enrichment course for those who desire to restore and refresh their marriage.  Leaning on over 20 years of counseling couples, topics will include communication, conflict resolution, understanding our God-given differences, and sexual intimacy.

COURAGEOUS Course

Our COURAGEOUS Course is 5-Step Christ-centered program for Christians struggling with People Pleasing. Attendees will learn how to identify the lies we believe, the laws we follow, and live out our new identity in Christ to love well.
